First AIDA National Online Congress
AIDA, the Italian Association of Outpatient Dermatologists, of which Dr. Giovanni Menchini is a national board member, is organizing the world’s first fully digital Dermatology congress, which physicians will be able to attend entirely online, both live and on demand. The current delicate situation must not prevent dermatology professionals from staying updated and discussing new topics. For this reason, since in-person activities could not take place, AIDA and Dr. Menchini decided to create the first national online Dermatology congress.
The congress will take place from May 27 to May 30, 2020, and participation is completely free of charge for medical specialists in Dermatology and Venereology, Pathological Anatomy, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, General Medicine, Pediatrics, for residents in Dermatology and Venereology, and for aesthetic physicians. During more than 22 hours of live streaming, topics including Dermoscopy, Trichology, Digital Dermatology, Vitiligo, Aesthetic Medicine, Laser Treatments, Surgery, Oncology, and Legal Dermatology will be discussed. Among the speakers will be Drs. Martella, Soyer, Cerroni, Tosti, Argenziano, Pellacani, Gasparini, Giovene, Piccolo, and Giovanni Menchini himself. Six scientific societies have also accepted the invitation to participate: ADOI, SIDCO, ISPLAD, AICPE, SIDELF, and SILD.
